SMS notification service. Some clients elect to receive automated text message alerts from Waypoint Systems AI on behalf of their business (for example, new lead notifications). Recipients are enrolled only after giving consent. Message frequency varies with business activity, typically 20 to 100 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact [email protected]. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy at https://waypointsystems.ai/privacy-policy/. Mobile phone numbers and consent records collected for SMS alerts are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Service availability. We aim for reliable delivery of automated services but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Clients are responsible for verifying critical information through their own systems.
